ANS: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for unused, unworn items in original packaging. Items marked as “Final Sale” or personalized/custom-made shoes are not eligible for return.

Q.6 What if I order the wrong product or size?
ANS: If you ordered the wrong size or product, contact us immediately at support@onesvila.com or call +1 (281) 829-5714. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll correct it for you.
If your order has already shipped, you can still return the item within 30 days, provided it’s unworn and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was made by Onesvila.
You may place a new order for the correct product while we process your return.
Q.7 What if my order arrives damaged?
ANS: If your order arrives damaged:
If damage is visible, reject the delivery and notify the courier.
If damage is discovered after opening the package, contact us within 48 hours at support@onesvila.com.
Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the item and packaging. Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label if needed.
